A rezoning of an office-zoned property into a residential R3B zoning classification. Envison Land Use has had a successful rezone of a vacant 20-acre parcel of land within a business park. ELU will now take this project with a mix of 36'-wide luxury townhomes along with luxury single-family homes through approvals. Expected to be completed in 2027.
